Preakness Week is celebrated with an appearance by the Budweiser Clydesdales! These magnificent horses will be available at the Main Plaza of The Avenue at White Marsh for photos and interaction with their very informative team of trainers. Thursday, May 17th at 5pm.

Family Fun Day – Saturday, May 19th, noon – 4pm The Avenue at White Marsh. This street festival will include musical performances, interactive games and crafts, animal displays, participation by local police and fire departments, and a host of other interests for our visitors.

Time to start your spring cleaning! Time for out with the old and in with the new! Remember one man’s trash is another man’s treasure! Our annual Community Yard Sale will be held on Saturday, May 26, 2012 from 8am -noon. The yard sale will be set up at the Philadelphia Road entrance and will be advertised on Craigslist.

It is that time of year again; pool season is right around the corner. Any day now you will receive a 2012 pool pass application at your door. Please fill this out completely and return to the Leasing Office(signed by the leaseholder) with a 1x1 picture(driver's license picture size) for each resident(these pictures will not be returned but used on passes). We can make copies of your pictures in the Leasing Office if necessary. Guest passes will be available for purchase at the Leasing Offic...

Be sure to pay your rent by Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at 6 p.m. to avoid late fees and legal costs! Be sure to put your current address on your check(if it isn't already on there) or money order! Please remember to include your Ista payments with your monthly rent. You may add your payment to your rent check or you may write a separate check. PLEASE, if you do this, make your check payable to Home Properties NOT Ista. Also, if you pay your rent on line your Ista balance will already be added to your rent.
